Are you experienced in measuring and quoting but tired of being on the tools?

Do you know your way around residential and commercial properties and want a stable role where your expertise turns into real results?

Surepaint is looking for a Painting Estimator—someone who enjoys meeting people, measuring up properties, preparing accurate quotes, and following up with clients to guide them toward their painting projects. It's not about hard selling — it's about running a clear, professional process that makes it easy for clients to say "yes."

What You'll Be Doing
  • Site Visits – Attend scheduled appointments at homes and businesses.
  • Measuring & Assessing – Determine job scope, measurements, and required materials.
  • Quoting On the Spot – For smaller jobs (under $9K), prepare and present quotes during the visit.
  • Client Follow-Up – Professionally check in with clients after sending quotes, answer questions, and provide clarity so they feel confident moving forward.
  • Guiding Clients Through the Process – Focus on great service, clear communication, and a smooth experience.
  • Introducing Our Services (Commercial Focus) – In between site visits, visit nearby property managers or real estate offices to introduce Surepaint and drop off marketing materials.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in Estimating or Quoting – Trade, construction, painting, or related fields.
  • Ability to Measure Spaces – Comfortable with measuring tools and recording dimensions.
  • Understanding of Building & Construction – You know how properties are structured.
  • Personable & Presentable – You'll meet homeowners and clients, so professionalism matters.
  • Reliable & Organized – Able to manage scheduled site visits efficiently.
  • Confident Communicator – Comfortable explaining quotes, answering questions, and helping clients through decisions (without pushy selling).
  • Bonus: Knowledge of painting projects or previous trade experience is a plus.
