About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our team in Nerang, Queensland. This full-time position is responsible for the skilled crafting and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry for both residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, manufacture, and install a wide range of custom cabinets, vanities, and other built-in furniture.
  • Read and interpret detailed technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
  • Utilize advanced woodworking tools and techniques to produce cabinetry to the highest standard.
  • Liaise with drafting team to understand their requirements onsite.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to coordinate the delivery and installation of completed projects.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in Cabinet Making.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker, with expertise in both manufacturing and installation.
  • Excellent woodworking skills and the ability to work from technical plans and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
