About the Role:

Our People & Culture Team is experiencing substantial growth, and as a result, we are actively seeking exceptional talent to join our dynamic head office team located in Rhodes

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our workforce, providing support across all facets of employee relations and engagement. You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our culture, streamlining our HR processes, and supporting a workforce that delivers essential cleaning services across diverse environments.

Your responsibilities will include the following, along with various ad hoc tasks as needed:

  • Act as a trusted point of contact, providing timely, practical support to employees and managers on a wide range of workplace and employee-related matters.

  • Manage and continuously improve incentive and performance appraisal frameworks, ensuring timely and effective evaluation processes that reflect business and individual goals.

  • Oversee all employee-related documentation, records, and communications, maintaining compliance and clarity in all employment-related matters.

  • Lead the resolution of workplace disputes and grievances, ensuring fair outcomes aligned with our policies and employment law obligations.

  • Represent the company and support the fair and proactive management of industrial relations issues.

  • Champion and drive our Diversity & Inclusion, ensuring our workforce reflects the communities we serve.

  • Support initiatives that promote equal employment opportunity across all roles and levels of the organisation.

  • Ensure all employment contracts, HR policies, and workplace relations documentation are up to date, compliant, and clearly communicated across the business.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in HR and/or studies in the same field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Have a strong focus on time management and attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels – from frontline to executive.

  • Must be reliable, flexible, adaptable, and can-do attitude.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Ability to be organised and be able to meet deadlines.

  • Full working visa rights.

  • A hands-on, proactive approach and a genuine commitment to workforce wellbeing and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • You must have full work rights within Australia

  • A current clear Police Check
