Your Next Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and proactive WHS Advisor to work on WHS initiatives and support HSEQ performance across our project sites. You will be based in our Rhodes, NSW office and be required to attend project sites, as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct site audits, inspections, and facilitate incident investigations
2. Develop, implement, and review WHS policies, procedures, and training programs
3. Development of HSEQ plans for tender submissions
4. Assist in ISO and licensing certification
5. Create project specific SWMS
6. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant WHS legislation
7. Maintain and update registers: incident, hazardous substance, and corrective action
8. Support the delivery of toolbox talks, site inductions, and ongoing safety communication

What You'll Bring

1. Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a WHS role (preferably in the construction industry)
2. Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science, or a related field
3. White Card & current Driver's Licence
4. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO standards
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites
