Job Description

The
International Student Recruitment Manager
is responsible for accelerating growth in the
Australia Onshore market
by identifying, onboarding, and managing Recruitment Partners (RPs). This role requires strong relationship-building capabilities, strategic market insight, and a deep understanding of the international education ecosystem. The role plays a critical part in expanding the Global Student Program (GSP) and driving high-quality student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Partner Identification & Onboarding

  2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Recruitment Partners, including education agents and channel partners.

  3. Conduct quality checks, reference verification, and ensure complete documentation.

  4. Build a trusted, compliant, and high-performing partner ecosystem.

  5. Relationship Management & Partner Engagement

  6. Maintain strong engagement with existing partners to drive consistent recruitment performance.

  7. Conduct partner training sessions on programs, processes, and systems.

  8. Monitor partner marketing initiatives and student recruitment pipelines.

  9. Partner Support & Student Counselling Assistance

  10. Support recruitment partners with student counselling guidance and application quality checks.

  11. Ensure accurate and compliant information is provided to prospective students.

  12. Coordinate with internal admissions and compliance teams to ensure smooth application processing.

  13. Market Intelligence & Product Positioning

  14. Track market trends, policy updates, and competitor activity within the Australia Onshore market.

  15. Strengthen program and service positioning with recruitment partners.
  16. Recommend strategic improvements to enhance partner productivity and enrolment quality.

Overall Role Objective

The
International Student Recruitment Manager
will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding the Recruitment Partner network in Australia, ensuring partner success and driving high-quality student enrolments into the Global Student Program (GSP). The role demands proactive engagement, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
