Texas Peak Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at the Brooks Running store located in DFO South Wharf, VIC. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our leading running brand Brooks.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Replenishing stock and ensuring the store is well-presented at all times
  • Supporting the store manager with other duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry
  • Must possess valid Australian work rights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
  • Pro-active involvement in staff training sessions
  • An eye for detail
  • A passion for people and building connections
  • Experience in fitness, footwear or movement preferred.
