Support Care Assistant Role

As a Support Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling older individuals to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. About this Role

As a Support Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting clients with their daily needs, including assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. You will also have the opportunity to engage with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental manner, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification is highly regarded
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check is required
  • The right to work in Australia is essential
  • While experience in aged care, disability care, or domestic assistance is desirable, it is not a prerequisite for this role
