The founder's Ignite moment began with his niece, Alice, who lives with Cerebral Palsy. Her story sparked a vision: to be a leading example in Allied Healthcare—supporting therapists to grow, connect, and deliver exceptional care that transforms lives, especially for people like Alice.
Now, we're inviting new grad Speech Pathologist to be part of that vision through our Ignition New Grad Program.
Here, you'll find more than just a job—you'll join a community aligned in a shared mission.
Every step of your journey will be guided by the values that define us:
- Integrity First: Do what's right, always—it's the foundation of trust and real change.
- A Beginner's Mindset: Stay curious, keep learning, and embrace new ideas—because growth starts with fresh perspectives.
- Progress Over Perfection: Celebrate every step forward—small wins lead to big transformations.
- Joy on the Journey: Love coming to work every day in a culture of connection, authenticity, and laughter.
Working at our Preston Hub:
- The Vibe: Yep, we've got table tennis—and an open-door policy to match Whether you're bouncing ideas or a ball, collaboration and connection thrive here.
- The Breaks: Preston got some great spots for a feed, and we often mix things up by having our hub meetings at local favorites.
- The Community: We're a team that's always there for each other—through thick, thin, and everything in between.
- The Fun: Ever been to an escape room? We have. We might perform miserably, but that's probably because we're secretly trying to spend as much time together as possible. That's just how we roll
