Ultimate Offroad has quickly become an industry leader, taking our passion for Offroad adventure and combining it with our enthusiasm for touring.  Well known for our Turnkey Builds, GVM Suspension upgrades, American builds, Portal Axle Technology & TouringSolutions, including but not limited to Auto-Electrical, Mechanical and 4WD accessory works in both Ferntree Gully and Pakenham branches.

About The Role:

This role is perfect for you if you thrive on challenges and consistently deliver top-notch workmanship, have a great work ethic, attention to detail and loyalty to our brand which is crucial for this position. You will be installing quality turnkey accessories, such as; bull bars, suspension, snorkels, winches, canopies, trays, roof racks, lighting and electrical accessories on predominantly new vehicles.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Fitting of a very broad range of automotive aftermarket accessories to a wide range of both offroad, recreational passenger and trade vehicles
  • Following all workshop WHS and SOP procedures
  • Ability to work to time frames in a fast-paced workshop whilst maintaining a high level of quality workmanship
  • Maintaining a tidy work bay
  • Team work is our priority to ensure all work is carried out on time and to our customer's expectations

Skills and attributes required:

  • Qualification and experience within the automotive industry preferred
  • Great automotive fitting skills with a strong mechanical skill aptitude
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Strong self-motivated individual with a logical approach to problem-solving
  • A genuine work ethic and accountability
  • Current drivers' license is mandatory
