**Ferntree Gully Toyota is currently seeking an Assistant Parts Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team in Ferntree Gully.**

Reporting to the Parts Manager you will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department, through the purchase and resale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the Dealership.

**About the role**:

- Ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Ensure customer service standards are met
- Assist Parts Interpreters in answering calls
- Interpreting requests for parts
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

**Do you have?**
- Experience within a parts department
- Ability to manage a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Track record of successfully meeting budget
