Are you passionate about improving systems, processes, and people? Asset Capability and Assurance is at the heart of our Asset Management Directorate, ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across the asset lifecycle.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help shape the future of asset management through robust reporting, data integrity, and knowledge sharing.

In this role, you will:

·      Develop and maintain project reporting tools and dashboards.

·      Prepare quarterly reports and support project teams with data insights.

·      Provide training and guidance on project management systems.

·      Manage and update the Asset Management Information System and intranet.

·      Ensure data integrity and support audit and ministerial reporting needs.

·      Liaise with stakeholders to translate policy into practical system entries.

Position Objective

This position supports the development and implementation of project reporting solutions and maintains accurate project reporting documentation. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge database. Ensures security of data and maintains data integrity for reporting and audit requirements.
