We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help shape the future of asset management through robust reporting, data integrity, and knowledge sharing.
In this role, you will:
· Develop and maintain project reporting tools and dashboards.
· Prepare quarterly reports and support project teams with data insights.
· Provide training and guidance on project management systems.
· Manage and update the Asset Management Information System and intranet.
· Ensure data integrity and support audit and ministerial reporting needs.
· Liaise with stakeholders to translate policy into practical system entries.

Position Objective
This position supports the development and implementation of project reporting solutions and maintains accurate project reporting documentation. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge database. Ensures security of data and maintains data integrity for reporting and audit requirements.
