  • Handyman/ Maintenance All rounder/ Contractor
  • We are seeking a handyman who is reliable with minimum 2-3 years experience in general building maintenance and an all rounder who can assist with various jobs at a commercial building in Macquarie Park and Lane cove.
  • Successful candidate is versatile, has previous handyman/ labouring/ maintenance experience in basic repairs, and can assist with demo of fitouts, general building repairs and tasks, can operate tools and presents well.
  • A must is -
  • ABN, workers comp and liability insurance, drivers licence and white card
  • Work is varied - weekend work mostly and nearing to the Christmas period this will be between November and January.
  • Hours will vary therefore could suit someone who has another job, or a student in Construction or someone slowing down and wants few days work a week.
  • Only apply if you are flexible to work weekends as most work is in building when there is no staff.
  • Negotiable rates and hours and days will reflect this.
