What You'll Do

  • Deliver case management, counselling, and advocacy services to individuals facing social and mental health challenges
  • Collaborate with community organizations and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support
  • Empower clients by helping them navigate housing, AOD, domestic violence, and other critical issues
  • Adapt your approach to provide flexible, client-led care that makes a lasting difference

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in social work or counselling, with strong case management and community engagement skills
  • Deep knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed care, AOD, domestic violence, housing, and social services
  • Relevant qualifications – Degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
  • Accreditation eligibility – AASW membership (for social workers) or equivalent for counsellors
  • Self-motivation and teamwork – Ability to work independently while collaborating with a dedicated team
