Beefy's are currently on the lookout for Customer Service Assistants for our Ningi Store.

Beefy's are a well established multi award winning business with 14 boutique Pie Bakery Stores in South East Queensland & NSW.

Our friendly team have a reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service.

For this position, previous experience is preferred in the food service/retail industry. As we are open 7 days, applicants will have Monday to Sunday availability including during school hours. The position involves working a rotating roster with a range of shifts including opening and closing shifts between the hours of 4am and 7pm. Due to the early morning start times your own transport is essential. We currently have both Full-time and Casual roles available.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring excellence in Customer Service as the number 1 priority
  • Eftpos & cash handling transactions
  • Coffee making
  • Ensuring service areas are maintained to the highest standards and store is kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Product presentation & preparation
  • Achieving store KPI's
  • Opening & Closing of store
  • Assisting the Manager with supervision of juniors
