We are looking for Shift Supervisors to lead and develop their own team while supporting the Restaurant Managers with the day-to-day running of the venue.

As a Shift Supervisor you will oversee operations and staff during service, ensure customers receive an exceptional experience, and support the growth of the team through coaching and training. You will play an important role in enhancing the customer experience.

To succeed in this role you must:

  • have proven management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • A genuine passion for food and customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate with a diverse team, and the drive to continuously improve
  • You should also be confident in decision making and problem solving
  • have basic coffee skills.
