Barista/supervisor

Zarraffa's Coffee Underwood North have positions available for Supervisors and Baristas to join their new team. Store opening early 2025, training to be completed prior.

Fast paced drive-thru cafe. No experience required, but is preferred. Offering 20-38 hours. Flexible shifts.

Barista responsibilities will include:

- Amazing Customer Service
- Cashing Orders
- Making Coffee

Supervisor responsibilities also include the below tasks:

- Reconcile till
- Supervise fellow staff
- Stock control
- Responding to customer feedback
- Food assembly responsibilities
- Responsible for open & closing of store

As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take ownership. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment.

Seven-day flexibility is required including weekends.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
