Kitchen Direct Australia continues to grow, and we're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Office Team Member to join our friendly team in Smithfield, NSW.

About the Role

This full-time position plays a key role in supporting both our administrative and production teams. You'll be the go-to person for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and keeping operations running smoothly. From handling customer bookings to overseeing inboxes and inventory, your ability to stay sharp, calm, and responsive will make a real impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Coordinate production schedules and staff activities
  • Maintain databases and prepare reports
  • Process invoices and receipts
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Liaison with Site Management regarding suppliers, WPR's
  • Liaison with Support Services regarding receipt of WPR's

  • Assistance with Operations administration, including supplier price lists and costings

  • Order and monitor stock and supplies

  • Organise staff onboarding and training
  • Ensure office tidiness and data confidentiality
  • Handle customer inquiries and support
  • Monitor internal processes and suggest improvements
  • Prepare correspondence and operational documents
  • Support adherence to company policies and procedures
