Aged or Disability Support Worker

Key Responsibilities
- Accompany aged or individual with disability during daily activities and appointments.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and use of aids or equipment.
- Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship, friendship, and emotional support.
- Arrange and participate in social and recreational activities.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, and laundry.
- Assist clients with errands, grocery shopping, and medication reminders.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with staff and family members.
- Promote client independence, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services, and at least 12 months of relevant experience.
- Current First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration Certificate.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Induction Modules.
- Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and record-keeping skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year
