Location

• Primary Base: Whittingham Site
• Travel: Regular travel between Whittingham and Young sites as required

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Optimization: Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of systems, including handling breakdowns, implementing modifications, managing new installations, and driving plant upgrades to enhance operational performance.
• Remote Support: Provide expert remote assistance outside standard working hours to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Programming Excellence: Leverage your expertise in Allen Bradley software and Ignition SCADA to program and troubleshoot PLC systems. Experience with Siemens PLC programming is highly valued and a significant advantage.
• Travel Flexibility: Travel between our Whittingham and Young sites to support projects, upgrades, and urgent breakdowns with agility and professionalism.
• Safety Leadership: Champion and strictly adhere to safety protocols, fostering a secure and compliant work environment across all tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in a production line or manufacturing environment, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced settings.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Allen Bradley software and Ignition SCADA. Familiarity with Siemens PLC programming is a highly desirable bonus.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work independently under pressure.
