We're seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Support Specialist to provide first-level support for IT-related issues. This role will see you handling incidents and service requests via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional first-level ICT support
- Log, prioritise, and manage incidents in a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with account setup, password resets, and access requests
- Support onboarding of new team members with device setup and training
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other ICT team members and escalate where required
What you'll bring:
- Proven ICT service desk or support experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes
- ITIL certification or equivalent (desirable)
