We're seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Support Specialist to provide first-level support for IT-related issues. This role will see you handling incidents and service requests via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and professional first-level ICT support
  • Log, prioritise, and manage incidents in a ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with account setup, password resets, and access requests
  • Support onboarding of new team members with device setup and training
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other ICT team members and escalate where required

What you'll bring:

  • Proven ICT service desk or support experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes
  • ITIL certification or equivalent (desirable)
