Overview of role:

The ERP Systems Engineer is a key technical role responsible for managing, supporting, and optimising Coliban Water's Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and related business systems, including Salesforce and Aptumo.

Working in an agile team environment, this role ensures the stability, security, and performance of the ERP platform while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver enhancements and new capabilities. The position also involves incident management, vendor liaison, and knowledge sharing to support a resilient and well-balanced team.

Key Responsibilities:

As our ERP Systems Engineer, you'll be accountable for:

Environment & System Management - Plan and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP environments, monitor performance, manage configurations, and coordinate updates and patches.

Integration & Security Management - Oversee integrations (including Oracle Integration Cloud), manage SSO, and administer roles, permissions, and data security.

Technical Support & Issue Resolution - Provide end-to-end technical support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and liaise with Oracle Support to ensure timely problem resolution.

Continuous Improvement & Optimisation - Conduct performance reviews, identify opportunities for efficiency, and drive enhancements to support evolving business needs.

Functional Support & Business Collaboration - Partner with functional consultants and/or business teams to gather requirements, implement new configurations, support testing cycles, and ensure smooth deployment of enhancements.

Change Management & Documentation - Follow structured change control processes, maintain accurate technical and functional documentation, and provide guidance and training on system updates and best practices.

About you:

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.

Proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP administration, including patching, upgrades, integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), with advantages in OCI, Salesforce, Aptumo, and SSO management.

In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture highly advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary:

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 4 $93,548 - $112,895 + Superannuation salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience. Job Type: Fulltime, Fixed term 18 months.
