At Rapidcool we specialize in primarily Domestic Air Conditioning, installation, service, breakdowns and Warranty work. We are new to the solar and battery game, and are just starting out with some domestic solar installations.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Servicing Technician OR Electrician (with air con knowledge or willing to learn the Air Con Trade)

Will consider a 4th year or Electrician (IF Electrician, solar and Air con experience a bonus, or willing to learn air conditioning with a possibility of dual trade)

You will be responsible for servicing, breakdowns, installations, warranty work. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including cleaning, checking components and replacing filters.
  • Breakdowns on Ducted, split system air conditioning systems
  • Installation of both ducted and split systems
  • Maintain accurate records of services.
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Use of Tradify is helpful
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Integrity and honesty
  • solar and battery installations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience and hold Refrigerant handling licence
  • Strong understand of air-conditioning systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
