Our focus is on providing exceptional service, consistent quality, and a welcoming environment for our community and visitors alike.About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cafe / Restaurant All Rounders to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You will play an important part in supporting both front-of-house and beverage service operations.Roles available for dinner and for cafe day work.Key Responsibilities:Provide efficient and friendly customer service, taking orders and assisting guests.Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and non-alcoholic drinks.Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment.Assist with general café duties as required.Requirements:Proven experience in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts (Fridays and Saturdays).RSA certification preferred but not essential.Why Join UsAt The Berry General Store, we value professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
