We aim to be the leading provider of need-based healthcare support, trusted by Hospitals, Communities, and people across the country.About The RoleOversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites.Lead, mentor, and support staff to achieve positive participant outcomes.Manage client intake, including drafting and reviewing Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports.Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and community partners.Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients within the NDIS referral streams.
