P&C Business Partner, Sales
Our client is a globally recognised technology leader, known for innovation, cutting-edge solutions, and a relentless focus on customer experience. With an impressive growth trajectory in the Australian market, they're seeking a People & Culture Business Partner dedicated to their Business Units that are predominately Sales & Marketing focused, who have high retention, and are steadily growing.
This is an organisation where people stay. Why? Because it's collaborative, inspiring, and values HR as a strategic partner. You'll join a culture where high performance and creativity go hand-in-hand, where leadership is forward-looking, and where inclusion, diversity, and flexibility aren't buzzwords but lived values.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of P&C, APAC and partnering with a talented HR team, this is a hands-on, high-impact Business Partner role with real breadth. Your client group is made up of passionate sales and marketing professionals who thrive on energy, results, and innovation. You'll help shape their experience, making HR a trusted part of their commercial edge.
You'll coach leaders, embed people initiatives that strengthen culture, and take the lead on projects that drive engagement and business outcomes. No two days look the same. This role is true generalist, working across the employee life cycle, leading HR projects and initiatives that are modern, sophisticated, and progressive.
Key Focus Areas
Be the trusted advisor to General Managers in your client portfolio: consult, mentor, and influence on all people and performance matters.
Design and deliver initiatives in engagement, DE&I, learning, and reward that strengthen the BU's success.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-performing commercial and marketing talent.
Own the rhythm of HR operations – systems, processes, compliance, and reporting that enable smarter decisions.
Shape and deliver people projects – from major conferences to global executive visits.
About You
You're a confident Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, creative, commercially driven environments. You're comfortable being in the thick of it – from strategic conversations with leaders to rolling up your sleeves on the detail.
Experience HR partnering with direct to consumer and/or B2B sales, marketing, or consumer-focused industries, will set you up for success.
You're at your best when building credibility quickly, coaching leaders constructively, and influencing outcomes.
Pragmatic, proactive, and people-focused – you balance operational delivery with a passion for culture and performance.
You're curious, tech-savvy, and see HR not as a support function, but as a driver of growth.
Why this role?
Because this is your chance to embed yourself in the part of the business where energy, brand, and customer impact meet. You'll be empowered to make a difference, backed by leaders who value your voice, and supported by a team that wants you to succeed.
How to Apply
If you are confident that your experience reflects the above criteria, please apply online. Should you have queries or would like to sense-check your alignment, please contact Matthew Saitta on email or call .
