About the Role
We're seeking an Operations Account Manager to join our team, focused on one of our fastest-growing verticals—Petrol & Convenience (P&C) . This is a pivotal client-facing role that bridges operations and relationship management. You'll be accountable for the performance and growth of assigned accounts, ensuring service delivery excellence, driving operational efficiency, and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary operational contact for key P&C clients.
Manage day-to-day execution of logistics services including warehouse operations, pick/pack, distribution and inventory.
Lead internal coordination across teams to ensure service KPIs are met or exceeded.
Monitor client-specific SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Proactively identify and resolve client issues through hands-on management and effective problem-solving.
Analyse data and service performance reports to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Develop strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and partner in their growth.
Support account expansion initiatives including new store onboarding, seasonal scaling, and promotional events.
Ensure compliance with OH&S, HACCP, food safety, and cold-chain standards.
What You'll Bring
2–5 years of experience in account management or operations in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG environments.
Experience with P&C clients or convenience retail chains (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive operational results.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and dashboards.
Understanding of warehousing, cold chain logistics, and inventory control.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for customer success.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
