About the Role:

The Technical Lead for the Commercial Tech Operations Squad is pivotal in driving our company's strategy by ensuring technical excellence and innovation within the squad. This role involves leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions—particularly leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ—to enhance and customise our CRM to support commercial operations.
Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers, you will establish technical requirements and steer the technical direction of projects. By setting and continuously improving technical standards and development practices, in line with ITIL principles for technical operations you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs ,adhere to best practices and ensure seamless service delivery.
What we are looking for
Proven track record Salesforce development with experience in a leadership role.
Proven experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs.
Skilled in owning support calls and efficiently driving issues through to resolution.
Experience mentoring and coaching engineers in best practices.
Experience designing software solutions for scalability and performance.
Salesforce Certifications (Ideally holding several of the following):
Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
