Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to join our Commercial Tech Operations Squad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce development and experience in a leadership role.

This role involves leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions, particularly leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ, to enhance and customize our CRM for commercial operations. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers, you will establish technical requirements and steer the technical direction of projects.

By setting and continuously improving technical standards and development practices, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs, adhere to best practices, and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Proven track record in Salesforce development with experience in a leadership role
  • Proven experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs
  • Skilled in owning support calls and efficiently driving issues through to resolution
  • Experience mentoring and coaching engineers in best practices
  • Experience designing software solutions for scalability and performance
