Aurecon's Program Performance team is experiencing significant growth across Australia. We're seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Melbourne team, working alongside a team of highly skilled specialists focused on Data Centres.
This role has huge growth potential for the right candidate. This is an opportunity to grow a team around you and connect with Regional and Industry leaders in the Digital Infrastructure field.
Here are the key things you'll do:
Manage multiple Data Centre projects, ensuring they exceed client expectations, timeframes, costs and specifications.
Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Project Controllers, enabling 'on the job' professional growth and development.
Collaborate with our Regional Digital Infrastructure Industry Leaders Regional Leads to report on project progress and build client relationships.
Lead and manage both design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines and specifications.
Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
Engage and establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Alongside your industry experience in a similar role, you'll also have:
Strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle of data centre developments, with demonstrated experience of having delivered a data centre end to end.
Desire to lead, grow and develop a group of emerging Data Centre Project Managers through sharing your skills and insights gained from your experience.
Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Project Management qualifications or experience and ideally a background in construction.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to relocate to Melbourne.
