Senior Project Manager
to lead large-scale industrial builds in Victoria.

About the Role
As a
Senior Project Manager
, you will take full ownership of industrial construction projects0 ranging from warehouses and logistics facilities to complex manufacturing and automated builds. You9ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, including:
Leading project delivery from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
Managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Driving project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Championing safety and sustainability standards, including Green Star and ESG compliance.
Leading and mentoring high-performing project teams to deliver with excellence.
What You9ll Bring / Qualifications
Proven experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects (logistics, manufacturing, warehouses, cold storage, automation facilities, etc.).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate diverse project teams.
Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-driven approach to complex project challenges.
