Job Description
We have newly created opportunities in our Transformation Practice, located in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Federal Government clients achieve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for Australians.

The Data & AI Team in the Transformation Practice unlocks the value of data to provide actionable insights, and identifies how and where AI can be leveraged to deliver a capability advantage. We work across elements including:
Data mapping, transformation and migration
Data strategy and platforms
Reporting and data visualisation
Gen AI and LLMs
Advanced analytics / simulations

Senior Manager responsibilities
Develop new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities.
Provides vision and direction for the team(s) you manage.
Sets and achieves strategic business targets.
Lead resource planning.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
Contribute to the overall success and quality of projects.
Qualifications
7+ years of industry experience working with organisations that have undertaken large scale data transformations.
A sound understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations.
A reasonable understanding of contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP), common SaaS applications, end user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.
Strong project management skills and the proven ability to lead a team of people in the delivery of a data transformation project.
