About The Role
Are you a skilled Data Scientist with a passion for driving impactful change? This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to meaningful projects that support the development of a world-leading initiative. You will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights and solutions that shape policy and operational outcomes.
Your Duties Will Include
Managing and preparing data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Leading the development of performance monitoring and reporting frameworks
Designing and implementing statistical and mathematical modelling techniques
Conducting in-depth analyses, policy costings, and risk assessments
Communicating insights and progress to stakeholders through written and verbal updates
Supporting and mentoring junior staff to achieve team objectives
Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
Demonstrated experience in data analytics supporting government policy development
Strong stakeholder engagement and team management capabilities
Proficiency in R or Python for data manipulation and analysis
Advanced SQL/SAS programming skills
Experience managing work projects and supporting junior staff
Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques and their practical applications
