Job DescriptionCatogrophic Injury Lawyer Opportunity
This role involves working on complex and high-value personal injury claims, including traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries, and psychological harm. You will also advise on fraud and recovery matters, giving you access to a breadth of technically challenging work.
Responsibilities:
- Carriage of your own matters, direct client engagement, and support from a capable team
- Advising on fraud and recovery matters
- Working on complex and high-value personal injury claims
Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and sound judgment
- MAI/CTP lawyer with experience in catastrophic injury matters
