About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially savvy financial analyst to support deal execution across aged care facilities and related property assets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and modelling of Aged Care & Retirement Living portfolios
  • Support sales staff with pricing insights and attend client meetings
  • Develop marketing reports and investor-grade information memorandums
  • Coordinate due diligence through virtual data rooms
  • Conduct site inspections and assist in portfolio valuations
  • Maintain customer relationship management and internal sales databases

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance
  • Strong financial acumen including balance sheet management, financial modelling and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and data platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Interest or experience in mergers and acquisitions, transactions or sales advisory
