Wellspring seeks a diligent and client focused professional to join our team as an Implementation Specialist for supporting our client implementation process. Your main responsibility will be to configuration of our software system and transitioning of client data during our enterprise software implementations. You will also collaborate with clients, business development and project managers during each phase from project planning to execution to system delivery. Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for defining technical solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalable and secure implementations, and providing strategic direction for Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and technical best practices.
Lead Salesforce architectural strategy, ensuring system integrity, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide guidance on Salesforce development standards, integration patterns, and data architecture.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Develop and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.
Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, administrators, and business users.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with at least 3 years in a solutions architect role.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect) preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder), Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and ETL tools.
Deep knowledge of data modeling, security, and access control in Salesforce.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Experience leading Salesforce implementations and managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and principles.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.
Familiarity with AI and automation within Salesforce (Einstein Analytics, RPA, etc.).
