As a Planning Team Lead, you will plan, schedule, and order raw materials used in the manufacturing facility to achieve and maintain KPI targets (PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB, etc.). Ensure that job tasks in the section are properly delegated and attended to by the responsible associates within the team.

Main Responsibilities
Function Management
Follow the parameterization in SAP
Resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to guarantee an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards
Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability
Work under the standards of quality, safety, industrial hygiene, and good practices
Identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute to implement Planning Strategy aligned with our needs
Escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints, and prioritization issues
Monitor workload and calendars to maintain the balance in the department
Communicate and work with areas involved, to solve issues
Achieve and maintain service level targets
Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment)
Provide mid-long term forecast to procurement
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g., COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute
Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands. Create repack process orders and release to production
Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care, and regional and global affiliates
People Management
Recruit and coach Planning Team
Manage team to ensure that all tasks are performed, document performance, provide ongoing feedback (e.g., conducting mid-year and end-year reviews), and address behavior and job performance issues
Main Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or others
At least 5 years of experience in the area
ERP/MRP expertise
