Trading Production Team Lead - SRE - Fintech

What you'll do Lead a high-performing production engineering team managing live trading systems
Own incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements
Drive automation, observability, and proactive monitoring to reduce manual intervention
Coordinate global follow-the-sun support and ensure seamless market operations
Collaborate with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to optimise system performance
Tech stack Linux / Unix , Python, Bash
Kubernetes, Docker, AWS / GCP
CI/CD pipelines : Jenkins, GitLab
Observability tools : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk
Distributed & low-latency environments
About you 8+ years in production engineering, SRE, or trading systems support
Hands-on experience with incident management and automation in mission-critical environments
Strong team leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers
Comfortable troubleshooting distributed systems and optimising for performance
Financial services or low-latency trading experience a plus, but not required
