The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll drive efficiency across the organization. You'll lead the charge in applying cutting-edge technologies to revolutionise internal processes and automate the entire product delivery lifecycle.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role with significant ownership, offering the chance to shape not just our company culture but the future of how we deliver products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions to automate workflows across the entire product delivery lifecycle.
  2. Own and evolve foundational shared infrastructure.
  3. Drive strategic internal process automation to eliminate toil and accelerate development cycles.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful tooling solutions that transform how we work.
  5. Provide technical vision and leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

You'll champion research and innovation in AI, software development, and DevOps, with a focus on applying new technologies to the product delivery lifecycle.

Success Metrics:
  1. Developed a deep understanding of the entire product delivery lifecycle, identifying key areas ripe for automation and AI-driven transformation.
  2. Built strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders across the product delivery lifecycle.
  3. Delivered a robust Internal Tooling roadmap focused on delivering product value and internal automation.
  4. At least 1x major initiative delivered.
Requirements:
  1. Possess a passion for AI and automation, particularly agentic AI, and its application to the product delivery lifecycle.
  2. Expertise in cloud-native technologies, with GCP experience being a bonus.
  3. Strong DevOps foundation (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring).
  4. Proven technical leadership and mentorship skills.
  5. Exceptional communication skills.
Bonus Requirements:
  1. Experience with specific agentic AI frameworks.
  2. Contributions to open-source projects related to tooling, automation, or AI.
  3. Experience with data engineering and building data pipelines.
  4. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms for internal tooling.
