The Opportunity
This win, along with other water projects across NSW and Australia, marks a significant step in supporting clients with complex infrastructure challenges.
We seek a Principal Structural Engineer to join our Sydney team and support our national industrial and water business.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to lead and develop our Sydney team, working on diverse water infrastructure projects.
You will lead structural designs for steel structures in hydraulic structures, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities, as well as general industrial projects. You will manage project delivery from design through to construction support within a multidisciplinary team.

About You
You are a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering and significant experience in steel structures design, including industrial buildings, steel framing, and roofing. Experience with concrete or liquid retaining structures is desirable but not essential.
You are highly organized with excellent technical and communication skills, capable of leading and mentoring a team, and committed to delivering successful projects for clients.
You thrive in collaborative environments, embracing continuous learning and career development. Industry knowledge, innovation, and thought leadership are essential.
