About the role Our Credit Team is responsible for ensuring all outstanding accounts, reconciliations, adjustments, and refunds are processed and collected on time.
The Senior Credit Officer supports the Credit Team by being the first point of contact in the absence of the Credit Team Leader, providing reports to various stakeholders, assisting with escalated issues, and sharing their knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities include: End-to-end collection of overdue accounts
Monitoring Direct Debit rejections and ensuring prompt action is taken
Assisting internal stakeholders and providing solutions to resolve delinquent accounts
What you'll bring Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong customer service experience
Advanced Excel skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Prior experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate decisively
