Monitor the performance and uptake of HR products, using data to refine features, improve user experience, and maximise return on investment.
Case Management and Industrial Disputes
Demonstrated expertise and ability to manage all conduct, medical, and performance-related cases, including the ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation such as scripts, interview guides, warning letters, doctors' letters, separation letters, and termination letters.
