Your main responsibilities will include:* **Building and maintaining strong relationships** with key stakeholders, including Veterinarians, Vet Nurses, Store Managers, and wholesalers.* **Providing expert advice and training** to customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products.* **Utilising customer insights and data** to tailor your approach and deliver value-driven solutions.* **Presenting and promoting products** through corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events.* **Handling customer inquiries professionally,** including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations.* **Collaborating with internal teams** across sales, marketing, and technical services to support customer needs and business success.* **Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge** to remain competitive and provide informed recommendations to customers.**What You Must Have**To be successful in this role, you'll need:* A **tertiary degree in business or science** (preferred)* **Proven experience in a customer-facing role**, ideally within sales or
