What does the job look like? The Warehouse Manager is required to oversee all warehousing activity within the dynamic facility in Rosehill. Through effective people management and engagement with a variety of stakeholders, you will be well positioned to provide operational leadership to make an immediate impact with the high-performance team.
This role is empowered to drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation of processes and equipment utilisation to ensure operational and financial metrics are achieved and we continue deliver on our commitment to our highly valued customer. Key areas:
To build strong, proactive relationships with a customer centric mindset.
Implement initiatives to ensure cost is controlled, profit maximised, and customer objectives are met
Proactive relationship management with customers and ensure issues are investigated and resolved
Formulation and monitoring of appropriate KPI's to maintain the optimal performance of the warehouse
Ability to analyse and articulate weekly performance results to senior leadership teams.
Deliver the most productive outcomes for BevChain through the effective utilisation of warehouse resources while meeting or exceeding the service expectations of our customer
Lead, motivate, assist and performance manage operational teams to ensure a culture of collaboration and efficiency
Promoting safety-first standards and ensuring commitment to Safety, COR and Quality requirements
Are you the one? You are a manager who can demonstrate effective decision making and people leadership within a fast-paced warehousing environment. You will rely on your commercial, operational and customer service capability to ensure operational efficiency is maintained and customer contractual obligations achieved. You can demonstrate:
Extensive experience providing large-scale warehousing solutions
Financial and commercial acumen with a great eye for analytics
Proven experience in developing and maintaining high-performance teams and culture
Influential with a variety of stakeholders with an ability to provide detailed and accurate analysis, budgeting, resource allocation and capital plans to ensure operational efficiency
High level negotiation and communication skills with staff and third parties including unions
