This position is open to worldwide candidates and we will assist you with a generous relocation package, ensuring a smooth transition to working and living in Bangkok.
Responsibilities Senior User Experience Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects, and consistently achieve research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions.
Influence product design and process, end user experience, product direction, market strategy or similar through research findings.
Qualifications Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field
10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains
Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research
Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.)
Experience with quantitative research (metrics, surveys, sampling, analysis, etc.)
Experience evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors
Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to varied stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative data
Strong critical thinking, storytelling, and communication skills; fluency in English
Collaborative mindset in a dynamic, data-driven environment
