Job Description

You will lead or support end-to-end Human Centred Design (HCD) and service design engagements, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and facilitating co-design workshops, user research, and stakeholder engagement
  • Synthesizing research into insights, personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and opportunities
  • Translating insights into actionable service or experience designs
  • Collaborating with operations & transformations, engineers, cyber, data, and clinical experts
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Training or certification in Service Design, HCD, Design Thinking, or CX methodologies
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience
