Short Description:
In the role of Lead Consultant, you will be expected to develop bespoke applications in the banking domain. This role will interface with client and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Must be able to help refine requirements.
The ability to manage deliverables (prioritisation, estimation, etc.)
Experience with front-end technologies.
Experience working in agile environments.
Familiarity with design patterns and best practice trends.
Over 8 + years of IT experience which includes 3+ years of Extensive experience as a React JS Developer and 3 years of Experience as a UI/UX Developer /API developer
Experienced in MEAN stack development Mongo dB, Express, Node, and Angular.
Experience in all phase of SDLC like Requirement Analysis, Implementation and Maintenance, and extensive experience with Agile and SCRUM.
Extensive knowledge in developing single - page applications (SPAs).
Working knowledge of Web protocols and standards (HTTP HTML5/XHTML/XHTML-MP, CSS3, Web Forms, XML, XML parsers)
Good experience on customizing CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation using CSS pre-processors LESS or SASS and Compass.
Preferred :
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Knowledge of Agile software development and project management
Additional Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
