Product Technologist

We're looking for a skilled Technology Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to all aspects of technology products and services we deliver.

This role involves working closely with the Product Owner, Product Managers, and UX Designers in a Squad Tech Lead capacity to bring new features to life, keep systems running smoothly, mentor junior team members, share your ideas, and see them executed.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain robust backend and full-stack applications.
• Monitor and optimise system performance for high availability and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.
• Develop new features and continuously improve existing ones.
• Promote a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.

As a Technology Product Specialist, you will have a strong product mindset and know how to use AI tools effectively in your work. You will also have experience working collaboratively with team members and cross-functional squads.

Technical Skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. You should have solid experience with ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, NestJS or .NET. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS/Azure is also required.

You will also be proficient in relational databases, SQL, and NoSQL DBs like AWS DocumentDB. Experience building scalable, high-performance, and secure APIs is essential.
