The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Lawyer with 1-3 years PQE to join our Commercial Dispute Resolution Team in our Campbelltown office. We are looking for an applicant who has a keen interest in this area of law and aspires to a long term career, with opportunities for progression, within our growing Commercial Dispute Resolution practice.
You will be given an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with exposure to a diverse range of commercial and equity matters including building and construction disputes, corporate and share-holder disputes, contractual disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, employment law and wills and estates litigation.

have effective time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities include:
assisting solicitors with the conduct of matters across different jurisdictions including NCAT, Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court, including with;
-drafting court documents including Affidavits, Statements of Claim and Defences;
-attending client conferences, contested hearings and mediations; and
-prepare and collate briefs to Counsel and Court Books.
preparation of draft advices to clients; and
undertaking legal research.
