Job Description

The firm is seeking an employment lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will have around 2 to 5 years' experience in employment law and be able to advise clients, appear before the commission, go to court, brief counsel, conduct seminars and workshops, prepare employment contracts and advise clients in relation to adverse actions, unfair dismissals, discrimination and bullying, modern awards, work safety.

This is a role where you will hit the ground running and have client and matter responsibility. You will need to be confident and competent in managing files, have good communication skills both within a team and with clients, excellent file management and organisational skills.
