**SEO Manager** to join the
**Performance Marketing Team**.

Join this innovative global leader, providing its customers (SMBs, Accountants & Bookkeepers) with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver.

**What your exciting days will look like**:

- Driving new customer acquisition within the small business arm across Australia to support global growth targets.
- Owning the strategic development and management of new and existing initiatives that drive growth in organic traffic, conversion, revenue and profitability within the SEO program.
- Leading the SEO content-driven strategy from end to end - from ideation to copy validation, go-live and reporting.
- Defining technical SEO roadmap and presenting to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Collaborating with local and global counterparts to extract and share learnings across varied markets.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- In-house or agency experience in organic search marketing and owned media.
- Proficiency in Analytics platforms like **Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)** and **Adobe Audience Manager**.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (**Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc).**:

- Foundational understanding of **Technical SEO concepts; **site architecture, load speed impact, canonicalization, internal linking, schema markup, and more (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus).
- Familiarity with content management systems, end-to-end content production, and editorial processes, showcasing strategic, content-led SEO performance.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to execute test plans, and experience testing OneSearch initiatives.
- Self-motivated, both as an independent worker and a collaborative team member
- Any experience or knowledge within financial services or accounting is a bonus
